Directions – The Walking Bear Resort, 1879 Hodgson Road, Whitefish, MT 59937 ~ 406-471-7732.

From South – Take Highway 93N through Kalispell and go approximately nine miles on Highway 93N towards Whitefish. Look for the Conoco Station/Midway Mini Mart on the right. This is the corner of Timber Lane & Highway 93. Go one more block to Hodgson Road. (Midway Auto Mart with chain link fence sits on corner.) Take right onto Hodgson and go approximately 1/3 mile down sloping hill. Just beyond guard rail on the left is a green street sign, “Hodgson Pines.” Turn left onto the private drive. Go to the 4th driveway on the left, 1/4 mile back and passes in front of the Beautiful Log and stone front of the lodge.

From North – Follow 93 South. 4 miles from downtown you will see a large yellow sign for Buffalo Bob’s KOA. Go another 1/2 mile to OHS body shop and Midway motors. Be in the center turn lane and make a left onto Hodgson Road and go approximately 1/3 mile down sloping hill. Just beyond guard rail on the left is a green street sign, “Hodgson Pines.” Turn left onto the private drive. Go to the 4th driveway on the left, 1/4 mile back and passes in front of the Beautiful Log and stone front of the lodge.
